dramatherapy.net brings together the work, ideas and archive of Sue and Andy. Sue began as a dancer and went on to become a pioneer in dramatherapy, play and creative therapeutic practice. She was never afraid to take risks, whether developing new approaches to theatre and healing or taking her children to live with the Temiar in the Malaysian jungle for two years. Those experiences became part of the ground from which Andy later carved out his own path through Social Theatre, education, anti bullying work, film and social change. Mother and son, their work has continued to meet through play, theatre, anthropology, creativity and collaboration.
